Upload your reports
Two kinds of files, as many months as you like. We read them, save only the numbers for your reports, and delete the files right away. Next time, just add new months. Uploading a month again replaces it.
1 Etsy monthly statements
Shop Manager → Finances → Monthly statements → choose the month → Download CSV. One file per month.
2 Printify invoices
Printify → Account → Wallet → Invoices → download as CSV (not PDF). One file can cover many months.
🔒 Your billing name, address, and card details are removed on your device before upload. No need to delete anything yourself.
Upload the files exactly as downloaded. Please don't open and save them in Excel first. Excel changes long order numbers, and some costs won't match their sales.

Sales are what buyers paid you (item plus shipping, after discounts), minus the sales tax Etsy collects. Etsy collects and pays that sales tax to the states as the marketplace, so it is shown for your records and is not income or an expense. Orders count on their sale date, Etsy Ads on the click date, and other fees on the date they were charged. These are bookkeeping-style reports to review with your accountant.
